Protocol setup per client requirements:
Setting up scanner dpi and color mode. Typical settings: resolution at 150 dpi in color. Scans available up to 600dpi resolution.
Inspect documents, blue prints, architectural drawing (up to 36 x 48") for autofed suitability. Documents torn, frayed, or brittle may require flatbed scanning.
Removal of staples, paper clips, elastics or clamps prior to scanning.
Go paperless! Never search for a paper documents again. PDF files can be archived and keyword searched for quicker access.

Setting up scanner resolution and color mode. Typically 150dpi in greyscale is sufficient for regular documents. Color available at no extra charge.
Select file type (typically pdf).
Removal of staples, paper clips, elastics or clamps prior to scanning.
Organize pages to be combined as multi-page or single page pdf document.
Pricing subject to document's condition or requirement of document manipulation (e.g. folded documents, removing paper clips, or staples, and size variability) that may be required for scanning.
